High risk !

I’m currently pregnant with my 3rd baby I lost my daughter in July this year due to her being born at 23 weeks, will I be classed as high risk for this pregnancy.

Hello, firstly I am incredibly sorry for your loss. Secondly yes you'll be classed as high risk and you'll most likely be given a consultant.

I’m so sorry for you loss. I wish I could say something more but there’s no words that could do your loss justice. I’m sure she was the most beautiful girl. I can’t say for definite but I would assume you’ll be a high risk pregnancy and depending on the reasons your daughter was born so early you’ll potentially be under the preterm birth team who look after you up to 28 weeks with closer monitoring. I had a missed miscarriage in May and have had punch biopsies from both sides of my cervix so am under a consultant and the preterm birth team due to increased risk of early birth. I had a miscarriage in January last year and I’m down as high risk because of that and my epilepsy Sorry for your loss xx
