Mamas with staff - advice
To the mamas who have a team I’m just looking for a bit of advice.
I have a team of 8 people, 6 UK based and 2 overseas.
What do you find is the best way to manage them. I want to focus on data to see if the work they are doing is generating positive results for the business.
And also want to make better decisions for the customers etc based on the data.
Do you do constant meetings, end of days, have a head of operations who creates reports from all the different staff etc

Do you still have to mange them to some degree, if so how? That’s my biggest challenge 😩😩
I have a weekly group check in (face to face or online) and use teams task lists to keep an eye on progress of projects/requests. I get them to update in the comments section with the date they did the update note and i skim through them once a week
