I would truly appreciate your advice.
My friend has just had a miscarriage and I’d like to prepare a little care package for her. I hope this doesn’t come across as insensitive , but could you please share any ideas that you think would be nice ? Thank you.

Honestly I’m currently going through a miscarriage, I’d love like pads a hot water bottle for the cramps some chocolate crisps etc paracetamol defo idk anything she loves to take her mind of it and things to help her with it like the pads paracetamol hot water bottle xx
Definitely something like a hot water bottle, painkillers, pjs, dressing gown, maybe a face mask or bubble bath etc x
That's so sweet, honestly I'd be pleased with anything as it just shows you're thinking of her. But yes, hot water bottle is a great idea. And some of her fave snacks maybe. My friend sent me a box of brownies and it was amazing x
