If you have the NHS app I once was randomly scrolling and results also appear there in the result page! X
They told me they’d call within 48hrs otherwise it will be on badger notes within a few weeks. If you’re concerned, I’m sure you can call and follow up x
My trust calls the same day with positive results if we don’t hear anything then it’s a negative result x
I got called the same day as my test, I missed it as was in work but they left a voicemail to call back x
Even if you’re aboard they’ll still be able to call you. When I had mine done I was told they usually call within 2-3 days. I didn’t hear anything within that time frame then when I went for my 28 weeks midwife appointment she said my results were fine. So no news can be good news some times
They said to me they'd only be in touch if I had tested positive for diabetes, so no news is probably good news! I had my results confirmed as I had another appointment a few days later but they would have probably been in touch by now if they had put in a referral to the diabetic clinic x

No news is usually good news! 👍🏻 Not sure if you can access your notes digitally? I have MyPregnancyNotes which my area uses and I had a poke around on there to find my result. Your midwife should also let you know either way at your next appointment.
