If you feel it’s very severe look into a PMDD diagnosis. It’s a severe form of PMS and your GP can help with treatment. I had it before I was pregnant and was using a low dose antidepressant for the two weeks before my period was due and it made such a difference. Hope you find something that helps ❤️
I am horrible the week running up to my period. I’m sad. Angry. Overwhelmed. I have mild PMDD i think by looking at the symptoms. I keep track of my cycle and the week running up to my period I tell my partner it’s coming up and I may be a little off. It seems to help
I get the same comments from my partner, he can always tell when my mood changes. I blame the hormones! Just be kind to yourself and try and do stress reducing activities x
