Bleeding
I seemed to have some spicy food last night and now I went toilet (number 2) wiped myself and there was fresh red blood. It was only on one wipe. The second time I wiped the tissue was completely clean- can this be a sign of a miscarriage? I am 4-5 weeks pregnant

@Jessica if it was from my vagina or if it was a miscarriage I would’ve carried on bleeding right? It wouldn’t have stopped at one wipe right?
Yeah you would of it's normal to spot till about 6 weeks but if tou find ur bleeding heavy or won't stop then deffo go a&e xx
@Jessica I’m just worried because it was more than spotting… again, it was only one wipe but not sure
Sorry to hear you’ve experienced this. It can be normal as common in early pregnancy but would contact your GP/midwife/early pregnancy unit for advice x

I get that after spicy food it was probably from ur anus as I can bleed when we eat spicy or really sour food x
