Pregnancy close after miscarriage

So I had a miscarriage on the 18th of October and found out I am pregnant again yesterday. I'm so worried about this pregnancy now and also the fact that my miscarriage was only a month ago... I don't know how far along I am ect because I never got a period before I fell pregnant again. I'm over the moon for being able to conceive again so quickly but am also worried. I wanted to know if other people had similar experiences?

I can’t even explain how happy I am for you, I know we don’t know each other but im so happy for you. I had a miscarriage 5th November What did you do? Of course sex lol but we’re there any tips you would advise? Thanks

@Dee thank you so much dee I really appreciate it honestly they're wasn't much I did apart from hanging my legs in the air after sex 😅 to keep all the swimmers in there and me and my partner had frequent sex atleast 3/4.times a week. But as I said I wish I could tell you there was some secret but that's it I'm afraid. I really do hope you get your rainbow baby soon! Wishing you all the luck I can give keep positive ❤️

Haha that made me laugh 😂 again big congratulations to you. Its been 2 weeks since my miscarriage so i’ll be doing the deed. Sorry for the questions but did you take a pregnancy test to confirm? Or did the doctors confirm? Also when did you test negative from your miscarriage. Sorry for the questions

Heyyyyy, I had a miscarriage last year in September early On and fell pregnant in October to which I had my baby girl this year in June perfectly healthy! Good luck

Congratulations. Completely understand the anxiety. I’ve recently been pregnant following miscarriage and every day I was second guessing everything. Podcasts are great to listen to - help reassure and also let you know you’re not alone. Pregnancy after loss is no laughing matter. Wishing you all the best ❤️

Congratulations! I’m in exactly the same boat, I had a miscarriage in October 10th and found out I’m pregnant again on the 13th November so literally a month later, I’m really struggling with anxiety this time round, it really takes away your innocence of pregnancy after a loss🙁, If you need anyone to talk to my messages are always open❤️

Congratulations. I don’t think the worry ever leaves tbh. I’m almost 6 months with my double rainbow and I live in fear all the time. The beginning was the hardest tbh but the movements from baby later on start to help massively. I still always fear the worst but just think the further I get the less chance of anything going wrong xx

@Dee don't apologise, so I took one of thr cheap pregnancy tests and it was a really really faint positive so went and brought a clear blue digital and it confirmed it I'm 1/2 weeks I have let the Dr's know and iv now got a scan booked for next Tuesday to know how far along I am ect as I don't know exactly. I test negative straight away when I went to A and E with my miscarriage even the Dr said it was a quick negative but had faint positives until like a couple of weeks after the miscarriage. Honestly feel free to ask any questions xxxx

Thank you all for your lovely comments 😊 I have a scan booked for next week now and although it'll only be a little bean I can't wait to actually see baby to know there really there. Again thank you so much ❤️

Thank you so much, I have started trying and my miscarriage was 2 weeks ago. I’m no longer bleeding. I guess I have to do it as much as possible lol

@Dee be patient with your body. Not everyone ovulates after their miscarriage I didn’t until the next cycle. So don’t be disheartened if it doesn’t stick right away x

@Hayley I totally agree with you. Im trying but im not expecting anything. I’ll be looking for my period haha

I had a miscarriage at the end of August, found out that I was pregnant mid October. So far I’m 11 weeks and everything seems to be going okay. There was a lot of stress and emotions at first because I wasn’t sure about dating and no OB wanted to take me but I’ve since figured it out and I’m overall pretty zen about it. Having a miscarriage doesn’t mean you’ll have another one and I’ve read that getting pregnant within the first 3 months of miscarriage actually reduces your risk of reoccurring losses. Not sure if it’s true but it’s reassuring

@Dory wow this is so reassuring to hear. Thank you so much

@Dory I was told by the early pregnancy unit that if you fall pregnant within the 6 months post miscarriage your chances of further miscarriage are less during this time. Unfortunately this didn’t apply to me as I miscarried again (I have immune issues) but know it seems to apply to so many people x
