WFH

The hardest part about working from home is staying concentrated long enough to actually get work done. Between this baby and my short attention span the struggle is real 😩

I can’t find a WFH job to save my life 😔

Same! Currently 6 months and my attention and tiredness is everywhere but work

@Jordan Wright girl same I need one

Same here, it’s difficult dividing attention. Between my boyfriend, our baby and my full time wfh job, it’s stressful. Creating a planner helps though. I try getting work done when my son is sleeping or if I’m able to pass the baby over to my boyfriend

I feel the same way 😭. I feel like I can’t accomplish anything without working . I’m also looking for a wfh

@Jordan Wright If we get any opening I’ll definitely refer back to this post.

@Jordan Wright @Carter been working from home for 5 plus years with so many different companies. I know that sounds so bad lol but had to get adjusted to what I wanted to do and now I'm a license Insurnace agent with state farm . I have an excel sheet of so many remote jobs I can send over. And most of them send equipment. You also have starter jobs with a quick start.

@Monique Yess! It’s like by time I get my son to sleep and hop on I really be wanting to take a nap or get something to eat then maybe 20 minutes into working he wakes up and we gotta start all over again. So I’m really only getting an hr or 2 done a day.

@Monique can you please send some my way!🙏🏾

Yes I be up here just fighting sleep bored out of my mind. And it may get worst when my baby comes. My last child I was trying to take calls and nurse etc it was aaalllotttt and kept playing with the mute button when he cried so I definitely understand. It gets worst before better.

@Coco see if this opens. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/3/d/1-716S4DUNWVC8Rg5leq1OJy9fBo6ttFWy8KXKJBDF0Q/htmlview

@Monique Fr 😭 this is the second WFH job I’ve had and the first one my oldest was six and I was doing roadside assistance overnight so it wasn’t that big of a deal. It was actually pretty easy. It was just the pay that wasn’t that great. Now I make marketing calls for Toyota and it’s all right. It’s really just leaving a bunch of voicemails, but it stresses me out because now I have a newborn and he hasn’t even hit his peak stage yet and I barely get work done so I’m really concerned on how this is gunna go. I’ve been looking for something more data entry like.

I had a really good WFH job and had to let it go because of this… it’s hard to stay focused at home because home is literally personal. ugh

If there’s any creative mamas here looking for remote work, I work as a Creative Director & Strategist for a UGC Agency. I live in NJ but the company is based out of TX, all employees work remote. I would recommend looking into marketing agencies because from what I’ve seen, most if not all of them have remote jobs

If u dont mind me asking what do u for work? I finally got a job in insurance for work from home but it was so hard finding a stay at home job

For real!!!

@Nichole wow I use to do similar work for both I wonder if it was the same company, for Toyota I hated when they would say today we will be leaving voicemails I'm like oh my gosh and yes roadside the company I was for was not worth the customer screaming because the tow didn't come at the time they were given so I completely understand!

@Kataria I agree. I've been from work from home job to the next. But you won't find me without one. lol but I've kind of settled for where I'm at now.

@Monique Girl yes!! Especially when they don’t have the coverage they think they have. I remember this one lady was stranded in the middle of nowhere and it was hot outside she told me if she dies out there it’s on me. Cause she wasn’t covered to get towed and didn’t have the money… 🙄 FYI to everyone, don’t get stranded in Ohio or New Mexico .. no one’s coming to help you 😅

@Monique hey I’m working i’m getting my insurance license for life and health. It’s taking me forever. Did it take a long time to get your license if u don’t mind me asking. I’m literally working on this right now lol
