Plan on 2weeks. Hopefully everything goes as planned without complications

Morning! My plan is start the actual mat leave on the week I’m pencilled in for C-section, but use annual leave before so finishing around 3 weeks before he’s here :)

2 weeks for mat leave but a week of AL beforehand, so finishing 3 weeks before baby is due. But everyone is so different, some jobs are so tough!🥲 I work on a computer so happy to work as long as possible x

I plan 1 week before - but probably too ambitious 🤣

@Yuliia lolzzzz

I’m thinking to start my actual annual leave the day of my due date (so technically the day after as I’m due on a Sunday) but take 2 weeks annual leave beforehand, that way I’ve worked out I can still have my 39 weeks of SMP over Christmas next year otherwise I would go off sooner

I’m starting my maternity on my due date (18th March) but i’m taking 3 weeks annual leave before so will be finishing on 21st Feb

Due to working term time ill be finishing Feb 17th at 36 weeks. But my c section will be booked for weeks 39 xx

Planning on taking 1 week of annual leave + two weeks of mat leave before little one is due. But I do have a bit of a physical job so the moment I'm too useless to be around, I'm out 😂

I’m due 19th, finishing last day of February to sort last bits out x

My little one is due 16th March but I’m finishing work on Christmas Eve! I wanted a proper break from work and some me time. I think so many women feel they have to persevere and work right up until their due date, but there are other options too, if you want to stop working sooner 😊

I'm finishing two weeks before my due date hopefully but only because that's as long as work will allow me to stay. I did the same with my first child and honestly it was the longest two weeks ever 😂 two weeks of 'me time' was definitely enough.

I plan on finishing 36 weeks as I had my first baby 38 weeks x

Actual mat leave the week before she’s due but annual leave 3 weeks before because we are in the process of buying a house and I will want some time to prep her nursery and wash clothes x

I’m going to stop at 35 weeks. That should (hopefully!) give me 2ish weeks before my twins arrive xx

I’m due the 25th and planning on finishing on the 21st. I’d love to go off sooner but I only get SMP so want to remain on full pay as long as possible
