Yes so if you wanted to take 1 month annual leave you’d actually need to be back 7 months after your mat leave ends as the leave doesn’t count towards your 6 months. It’s only actual worked days

I think it depends on your contract because for mine you just need to be employed. So you can be off sick, on holiday or whatever and it all still counts towards the clawback period.
It might depend on the exact wording of your contract, but yes. For mine, every holiday day I take a day is added onto the end of the return period.
