If you know her favorite series there are probably lots of fandom related gifts she can wear, use, or decorate her shelves with. Does she need a book light or book sleeve? Does she like drinking coffee or tea when she's reading? Maybe a cozy blanket or book pillow?
What about one of those mini bookshelves with actual mini books? Like you can get the whole series and things like that. There's also book nooks that are also miniature that she can like build or you know finish up and I don't know. It's a cool craft and at the same time it's nice decoration
