Annual Leave Question
My company are closing on 27/12 giving everyone an extra day off. As I’m still on maternity leave then, do I get an extra day annual leave accrued?

No it depends on the company. If it's just a "hey take the day off" then no you won't get it unless you were there. You will probably get it if it goes into some sort of leave bank like sick and vacation days.
You should do if it's a company thing, I had mine added onto my allowance when I returned so I could book it off whenever
I’d just ask them… say you’ve heard everyone is off and how does that work for you? Might as well be upfront about it I would be 🤣
