My baby is 7 months. Honestly I just bought some small toys and I'm letting the grandmas go wild.
Miss 3y old is getting some vintage inspired clothes and togs and some toys, miss 2yr old is getting togs and sensory toys, and miss 3mth old is getting some next size up clothes and toys.

We got some books, toys cars, stacking toys and a toy for hammering π¨ π π€£. Also a multi montisory toy, but we opened that one already π€£π€£π€£

LO is 9mo. We bought him a Pikler triangle and Montessori arch set for his 6-month birthday and saved half of it to give him at Christmas along with a baby xylophone I got for β¬5 on Vinted (because he loves musical toys and hitting things right now).
