@Lindsay sales/digital marketing I’m looking for something with minimal phone calls/video meetings since I’ll have someone watching my baby but it can still get loud. And yes I do. Do you know of any hiring?
I have been having that problem since leaving my long term job last year in September none of these jobs are treating ppl right and ik a couple other ppl i hope u get through this we’re all in it together things will get better
@Shaniyah yes I left my long term job too before having my baby and I didnt expect it to be this hard to find another job its so frustrating! Good luck to you too!
Yes i found out i was pregnant my second week within my 2 weeks and the job i had in place of it waiting on me didn’t do right and niether has any others they have all let me down
I would update your LinkedIn: clear photo, relevant headline, no Green banner. Go to the job search and click “Remote” and look for anything in your wheelhouse. No this is not a quick fix, but I’ve been hired 3 times via LinkedIn doing exactly this. Applied to probably 300+ but that’s the game unfortunately
@Lindsay thank you!
@Shaniyah so messed up. Good luck!
@Lindsay what do you mean by green banner? The #OpentoWork ?
Since you have sales/digital marketing experience you could Freelance! Once you secure clients you're golden and/or team up with other freelancers to become a full-service solution? Many struggle with the sales/marketing part
@Taylor I was thinking about that but finding customers is the hardest part, don’t even know where to start
Someone else posted about applying to Telus International as a Rater, flexible hours & remote. I was gonna look into that. Good luck!
@Taylor thank you! You too 🙏
@Taylor yep, I would recommend not putting up the “Open to Work” banner.
What is your skill set/background/industry? Do you have a LinkedIn ?
