It's not an exact science but since when have you notice your cervix is high ? Your mucus might change later or you may have missed the egg white. Are you monitoring everyday? Are you using ovulation test too or track your temperature ?
@Marie I’ve only just started checking cervix because I’m out of ovulation test sticks. I’ve been just looking at my panties for cervical mucus this is the first day I’ve checked with fingers. I wonder how long it take for the mucus to change after the cervix rises 🤔 I’ll try looking on Google to see. Thank you for the idea❤️
Is what cervical mucus?
@Allison Yeah
What? Is there supposed to be a picture? What are you asking? Cervical mucus varies from stick and white to clear and runny. Clear and runny means fertile. Sticky and white means not fertile.
@Allison oh I thought that said is that cevical mucus. Yes there is a video. I was trying to show thickness and stickiness Because online says stickiness and thin is fertile but idk what I’m looking at
@Marie my cervix is never only 1 or 2 knuckles deep, it's always 3 and i can't always get to it. Are people really able to touch their cervix with only their fingure tips in?
@Sarah I can but we are not all made the same, some people have shorter or longer cervix, like I said, it's not an exact science, take the diagram as a guide. There are multiple ways combined to know when you are ovulating, with OPK it's even better
@Sarah I’ve read the cervix moves through out the cycle and while menstruating its low and hard and slightly open so blood can pass
@Marie I’m confused because my cervix is very high but the mucus doesn’t seem clear or stringy like egg whites
