Snap / government insurance
Has anyone else had to have an employer fill out a 6/30 form and are worried because you have a week to get it filled out and back in to them by a certain time and have freaked out because you don’t know if it’ll be filled out in time and you could possibly lose your insurance and snap benefits and your also making under 12 an hour and part time and also 6 months pregnant don’t know how your going to survive

@Kenetra it’s corporate that has to fill it out at least that’s what I was told
Again, I’d push them to do so! Whether that’s sending a reminder email saying there is a deadline, I mean you can even say that it affects whether or not you’ll be able to continue working. I’d do anything to bug and push them. Also never heard of them having to do it, your boss or supervisor can fill it out as long as they know the correct info
@Kenetra I was told my general manager didn’t know how how to fill it out but it’s also not the first time they have had to have it done so I’m really confused and concerned that corporate has to because i was told anything other than corporate has to fill it out

Push the employer heavily to do so. Tell them just fill it out and you’ll fax it over to make it easier
