Got my BFP for Christmas!

After having a mmc at 13 weeks at the end of sept I can’t believe how overwhelming it is to see this. If anyone has any tips on diet and lifestyle or any supplements to give baby the best chance of sticking let me know! Also is there anyway this could be wrong? My brain won’t let myself fully believe this! I’m so nervous

Congratulations

It’s not wrong you’re pregnant congratulations! Just your classic folic acid, I could say oh yes eat all your greens etc but the second that nausea hits you’re just going to eat whatever you can - normally biscuits or something 😂 try to keep as hydrated as possible though- which I’m terrible! And no christmas drinks for you! 😂

Congrats, how many dpo are you

@Fatoumata thank you!

@Lor true! Already felt a bit nauseous 😂

@Libby not 100% as I definitely ovulated later than my app predicted, I’d say between 11-13 x

Folic .. I was given the high dose on prescription after 3 miscarriages and honestly I believe it helped.

@Sara would you take it separate or just the amount you get in pregnacare? I have some Left after my previous pregnancy x

Yes folic acid is great. Classic pre natal vitamin. Folic acid is found in fortified bread , pasta... Also whole grains like buck wheat and lentils are great sources of folic acid. Leafy greens. You can also saute spinach and other greens in a pan to make them easier to eat. I can't eat salads without getting diarrhea but once they were cooked I was fine

I was on 150 so had to get is prescribed as they don't sell it in that dose but you can take 2 but I would make sure your midwife is aware before take anything. But I was on 75... then after my 3rd started taking 150 and boom baby was growing amazingly and its worked for both my pregnancies. It helps baby grow and develop. Like dna/new cells
