@Rebecca thanks for sharing lovely ❤️ I’m in the same position as you, 40+3 today and seeing the midwife tomorrow so will likely also go for a sweep. Feeling similar worries about not going into spontaneous labour, having to go down the line of induction etc. I feel really moody with my family who want me to be positive x

I’m 5 days overdue, I’ve been fine until the last couple of days where anxiety seems to have hit and I’m convinced I won’t go into labour naturally and won’t cope with induction! It all seems like a lot to handle, even with support it’s sort of all on you and all on your head isn’t it. It’s hard! But I suppose we will be through it soon
@Nicole the emotions are really overwhelming! Has your midwife spoken to you about induction etc? I just want to make the best decision for me and my baby x

Just been for my 4th stretch and sweep lol no change he’s still 1/2 I will be induced on the 28th if he doesn’t come before but I doubt it xx

I’m 41 and 4 days and no signs of baby coming! I’ve had four sweeps but not successful! I’m physically fed up aswell and keep thinking baby never coming! Got to try and stay positive. Baby will come when they are ready! Xxxx
I’m the same, only a day over due but this mental battle is hard. I feel SJ emotional, the pressure of everyone being kind to check it is actually a lot. I just want to go into this in the positive mindset I had but I can feel myself just worrying more now x
I was 11 days overdue. The baby will come when it's ready. Try to enjoy Netflix and get some sleep in the meantime! (I know it's hard, I was so fed up)
I went a week over and honestly just started ignoring the constant ‘is anything happening yet’ and ‘what you don’t feel like your even close yet’ messages. You’ve got your own head to deal with without feeling like I was letting everyone down growing closer to my booked induction 😔 Just enjoy the last part and savour having your baby still inside nice and snug. I’m over the moon that he’s here but quietly I’m missing being the only one that felt him it’s so precious 🥹❤️
@Kate 🤞🏼🌈 oh I really empathise with you I have been really tearful and struggling to stay positive. People are wanting to be supportive but the constant messages can be tough x

I had the induction, they started it at around 4pm on Monday and he was born at 3.32am on Tuesday. The induction made my labour very fast there was nothing for hours and then I was there. If you get to that point my advice would be to be ready to be moved to delivery at any point! Good luck I’m sure your little one won’t be long now
41+4 and still nothing. I've had no intervention but he's still not come. I am struggling with on and off worrying about him so I totally feel your pain. What are you struggling with? I have a scan tomorrow and may have a sweep xx
