I’m a bit earlier than you (23 weeks) but when I flew to Gran Canaria they didn’t mention anything. This was Jet 2. Enjoy your holiday x
I travelled to Spain last week with 34 weeks and they never asked for my fit to fly
Hey Jasmine, check who you fly with! I’m here now and am 30 weeks. We came with jet2 who wanted fit to fly from 27+ weeks and only their form to be signed. I struggled so much last week as midwife and my NHS doctor wouldn’t sign it due to liability and insurance. Had to pay £75 on zoomdoc for a private doctor to sign it and had to be within 7 days of flying. Luckily I didn’t get checked coming through the airport here but did get stopped for a second when I was walking afew steps behind my boyfriend and looked like I was traveling alone. When he noticed we was together and said nothing else so I wasn’t questioned at all! But feel much more relaxed knowing I have the form even though it cost a stupid amount of £ 🙈
yeah your notes would be fine. if you’re worried, just ask your midwife, mine wrote “fit to travel” in my notes, although i wasn’t ever asked when i flew anyway. enjoy budapest, it’s lovely i went last year! xx
