I hope I’m not the only one feeling this way. Over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed my appetite has decreased, and my diet isn’t as good as it was during the second trimester. I feel hungry all the time, but I no longer have cravings or a desire for anything specific. I also feel like I’ve lost the motivation to cook meals. When I’m out, I can easily treat myself to brunch or lunch and really enjoy it, but I just don’t feel the same when making food at home.

🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ same here I feel like I have zero space in my belly for any proper meals, so am snacking on rubbish. If my partner asks me what I fancy eating I'm like 🤷🏻‍♀️ don't fancy anything. Would 100% rather eat out/get takeaway or I just make some toast 🙃

My friend called her appetite during pregnancy ‘the canapé diet’, try to do a little food prep so you have some really easy things to hand that have good nutritional value that can be taken anywhere with you. In my third trimester with baby 1 i really couldn’t eat anything heavy and lived off puff pastry topped with whatever veg we were having and cream cheese with a side salad! And Caesar salad

Yup yup and yup, nothing interests me!! So frustrating to be hungry without an appetite
