I had these done after our failed IVF cycle. They came back all within normal parameters and no infection or issues with microbiome and gave my doctor a guide on how many hours either side of when the biopsy done of when the optimal window for implantation was (mine was 6 hours either side) x

@Laura thank you - so reasonably beneficial? Have you had a successful transfer since?

After 3 failed transfers yes my transfer worked but unfortunately ended in a chemical pregnancy 💔 I guess the tests ticked a box in that there was nothing to worry about in any of those areas. I’m glad I did them as if I hadn’t, we wouldn’t know if there were issues we weren’t addressing if that makes sense. Our doctor just wanted to make sure we had checked everything before transferring again x

@Laura I’m really sorry to hear that. Never give up hope ♥️ I have had 3 natural miscarriages and 1 failed FET. Glad you felt the tests were beneficial as we were unsure. Were your embryos PGTA tested? X

@Emma am so so sorry to hear that 😢 Gosh, it’s not an easy journey is it. Yes the tests definitely gave me peace of mind. The first 3 transfers were untested and embryo, the last one was a PGT-A normal embryo. We will be going for transfer no.5 in a couple of weeks 🙏🏻 x

@Laura it’s really not. I think the tests definitely will give us peace of mind for the next transfer 🙏 very best of luck for transfer no.5. Please keep in touch. X

Hey! I’ve just started drugs to do era/alice/emma this month. We’ve had 4 egg collections, and multiple transfers (negatives or chemicals), so similar to @Laura it’s to tick a box. We have one PGT-A euploid left so we want to be certain we have done everything we can do before we transfer it. I’ve also had natural killer cell testing, which has finally identified our issue, so if you haven’t had that done I would highly recommend it too. xx

@Jen I am doing the same this month 🙏 did your clinic offer NK cell testing? I only have 1 PGTA euploid left too so glad we are having these tests done now x

Hey @Emma I actually had the tests done at a different clinic - by Prof Thum at Lister in London.

@Jen oh that’s interesting! What was the treatment for NK cells? X

Hey @Emma sorry for the delay. There are various treatments they can give you if you have high numbers of active NK Cells: steroids, blood thinners, intralipids or immunoglobulin. x
