Working moms (EA)

Are there any moms that are in the education field? I recently left healthcare and became an educational assistant and the pay cut and work is crazy but it’s what’s best for my kids schedule right now. How do educators do it? I work SPED and it’s been stressful let alone my job wasn’t explained to me correctly and I’m last person in so I get stuck with all the grunt work.
