Congrats on the pregnancy🫶🏻 I’m totally with you, this is my third pregnancy after two losses in a row and I’m so anxious but trying to be positive that this time will be different, just try and take things one day at a time 🙏🏻I’m 4+5 so very close to you!✨
I just had my first baby in December and I was like you, anxious especially because one of my friends had a miscarriage when I found I was pregnant. But I tried as much as I could to relax by going to church , praying going for walks, eating sweets when I could because I was so sick. My point is I took one day at a time and 3 weeks turned into 4 and then into 4 months until I gave birth. Stay in the moment and count your blessings each day and you will be fine. @Annabel start with a meditation each morning as that will help you stay calm each day and you will start enjoying your pregnancy. Don’t let any thoughts run wild and just stay in the present. Book an early scan because once can hear your baby’s heartbeat it will reassure you that everything is going well.♥️

It’s natural. I’m in same boat 4+5 after 2 losses but we gotta try stay positive each pregnancy is different and this one hopefully gives us our 🌈 baby 🤞🏼
