I was in the same position yes and contacted support it can take up 2-5 days for the money to show up to withdraw. They made me verify my identity again

It’s been over 2 weeks for me. First told me it was a tech issue, now they want me to confirm my identity. Such a joke

Never had this! Stupid question but you’ve requested to withdraw right? Double check the bank details you’ve given too as their customer service is shockingly bad I dont think they would tell you if you’d given invalid details!

@Beth I’m not able to withdraw it because they’ve got it stuck in pending. I’ve contacted support and they keep sending copy and pasted responses that aren’t relevant. Lots of people on Facebook are having the same issue as me
