Second pregnancy - Maternity pay
Hi all! do you know if they start back to count the days for maternity pay eligibility from the day you come back to work after your first maternity leave or if they count from when you started the job? I didn’t qualify for the full pay the first time so wondering if I will lose also the full pay this time

I believe it should be from when you started the job. I went back when I was 4+ months pregnant and qualified.

Hi! I would reach out to your leaves department for what their policy is. It varies by company and what the short term disability pays. For example, I get 60% of my pay for the first 6 weeks and then use my PTO for the remaining 6 weeks. I have a friend where her company paid her 100% of her pay for the 12 weeks
