I’m 30 weeks and I’ve got like 5 bags out of 7 left😬 I put all mine on the airer and then if I had already done another load and one of two were still wet I would just put it on the radiator x
I’m 31 weeks tomorrow and we got started last week with the washing process just incase babies came early x
I'm 32 weeks on Thursday and have just finished washing everything after doing it over a few weeks. I'm glad it's done as I'm feeling less motivated to do anything at the moment. I've used drawer fresheners to keep them smelling nice. I always air dry as tumble drying shrinks and wears the clothes out quicker x
33 weeks tomorrow and doing my first wash today!
32 weeks tomorrow, I’m probably going to start next week at week 33
32 weeks and I’ve washed everything up to 1 month this weekend and started packing things into his hospital bag. I’ve sorted through all other sizes and the 0-3 are all in one drawer but not washing them until he’s born most likely ☺️ It’s not like they will get dirty sitting in a drawer so you can wash whenever you have time and feel like it really! X
32 weeks and I've pretty much washed everything up to 3 months now, I didn't get any newborn bits as neither of my boys fitted it anyway so just don't up to 1 month and 0-3m too and then blankets and hats, started packing my hospital bag this weekend so wanted everything clean ready so I could choose and pack outfits ready for her then in the bag! I've used fairy but that's what we use anyway and it's my favourite smelling non bio! I've just been checking labels and if it says it can be tumble dryed then it's gone in 😂 some stuff has definitely shrunk a bit but not too much, plus there's such variation in sizes between brands anyway! X
I normally use the tumble dryer for everything but I was a bit paranoid so dried the baby stuff on the radiators! We live between 2 countries so I’ve washed all the stuff here before we leave but probably won’t wash the stuff at home until 33/34 weeks. Still need to buy it all!
Coming up to 32 weeks here too and I’ve finished my baby washing (up to 0-3m) as of a few days ago. We’re lovers of Daz in our household 😍 Unscented softener as don’t like clothes to be too smelly for new babies as they’re super vulnerable ❤️ Always tumble dryer here for clothes as we need a quick turnaround. The clothes are stored in labelled sandwich bags in the changing table drawers now which is what we did for my first son and it worked really well as hubby knew what was what and what sizes were needed ❤️ xx
We use fairy also love the smell of it 😍 I’ll be washing at 36 weeks (need to get the wardrobe sorted and need to order the chest drawers😅🤣 slacking) I used to tumble dry my eldest boys babygrows and couldn’t understand why he was never in them long.. the tumble shrunk them so I’ll be air drying them x
