Who have you known for the specified period of time (I can't remember how long)? Do you have any neighbours that could help?
Apparently GP’s cannot do this anymore. Nurses etc can but not your gp. You can’t ask someone off the internet as they do not know you or your son and that would be committing fraud.

Have you been in the same employment for 3 years? Your manager can sign for you.
@Joy GPS don't do it anymore. So your work manager can do it or someone like a friend can do it . Not family unfortunately. I have done all my friends kids for them but it's each to everyone own to be honest.
Find a friend who's known you for 2 years, has british passport and has an LTD company being a director. Sometimes self-employed people have ltd's and are the directors of their company, this is a recognised profession. If you go to any shops in your area and know the cashiers for more than 2 years ask for help, you don't know who might help you. Good luck😇
