Hello has anyone got the Joie
every stage R129 car seat and if so can you have it forward facing and still use the harness and not the actual seat belt. Tia. (Car seat I’m asking about)

No, you can’t use it forward facing with a harness, it doesn’t have a belt path for it.
It’s rear facing with the harness to 22kg and then it’s forward facing with seat belt only! X
