I loved the koala sling. It’s “pre-made” so super quick to put on and pop baby in. My baby loved it when she was tiny, lots of support and very comfortable.
I got a freerider one from vinted. They were very highly recommended.
I've recently bought the ergobaby embrace, in the box for £40 on vinted. It's only while they're little then ill put them in a more structured carrier that I have from my first x

I’ve used a Close Caboo with my son when he was born. Worth joining BabyWearing UK on Facebook as well. I know the baby bjorn carriers aren’t the best for achieving the deep seat you need for babies hips so they could advise on better ones. Also if you buy a secondhand Ergo do some research to make sure it’s not a fake. There’s lots of them around at the moment!!
I used a close caboo with my second baby, before switching to my baby bjorn carrier. The close caboo was really lovely, so comfortable to wear, super easy to use and baby was very cosy in it. I got it second hand off of vinted because I wasn’t sure how we’d get on with it, but even if bought new we would have definitely got our moneys worth. Would definitely recommend!
Another vote for Ergobaby Embrace!
I had my two eldest 17 months apart and I found a stretchy sling or a ring sling to be easiest. With the stretchy wrap I just used to wear it as a top and the slot baby back into it when needed and then readjust the tightness as needed. You can get one on eBay for about £15. Ring slings were easy to take baby in and out quickly and without taking my coat off too. Also found a ring sling to be helpful when I needed to use both hands or front of body because you can scooch baby over to one side.

I haven't been in the same position but a close caboo is highly recommended for the early days. Koala that's been suggested is a different version of the close caboo. A freerider is a one way stretchy wrap. It has more of a learning curve than a 2 way stretchy.
