Yes I do. We have a nappy bucket with a mesh bag, I wash every other night. Rinse cycle first then full cotton wash. Best to use powder detergent, if bio 40c if non-bio 60c. Baby poop is water dissoluble until you start weaning so can just go in washing machine, but it's important to rinse first as normal cycles reuse the same water. This is my second cloth baby 🥰 Very good idea to go to nappy library to see different types of nappies etc and I'm sure they can give good advice. Boosters and certain kinds of nappies can go in the dryer but make sure you check first as some will be ruined if you put them in. Better to air dry if you can.
@Tanya thank you, very practical! I’m excited to get going so will make sure I get powder detergent.
@Amanta thank you, I’ll look into the ones you can re-adjust
Oh yeah and make sure you adjust powder dose based on how full your washing machine is. Mine is normally half full or so, so I use half the normal dose. If you use too much nappies end up full of soap which I heard is bad but not sure why 😂 or you can bulk out with other stuff after rinse cycle
We've been using them since birth. I'd get one that you can readjust as they grow so you won't need to buy more. We do it at the end of the day, but it depends how many do you have. We also have a separate bin for it in the room. And we use natural miniml detergent :)
