in my head matias sounds how it’s spelt, mah-ty-us so you might possibly get people pronouncing incorrectly, same with zion between ‘zee-on’ and ‘zy-on’ so just be prepared for that!! absolutely love the unique names though, especially Yazmin-bloom/blue 🥰

Zion is my son's middle name, I chose it after the son To Zion by Lauryn Hill 🖤 So I'm biased and love it haha

I love the name Zion I want to name my boy that if I have one but my partner doesn’t like it 😭

I agreed with what Abigail said. My instinct was to pronounce Matias as Mah -Ty- Us

My son is called Zion and gets called Zee-on a lot. My husband wants Matias or Matteo for a next boy. We would say Matty-us where we live.

I’ve never heard of Matias, I like it but I would have pronounced it differently until corrected. I love Zion. Yasmin Blue is my fave but I like Bloom too

@Fatima love if you wanna name your baby that then do it !!! just be ready to stand ya ground and tell them how it’s pronounced properly then they should get it 💗 my girls name is Aria-maiï, people pronounce it ‘ah-ree-ahh’ when it’s ‘Arr-ree-uhh’ n i’m so quick to pull them up on it 😂 i think matias is a lovely and unique name, i love unique names !!💗
