Are you on medicaid?

I would definitely go visit a doctor maam, you should be able to get Medicaid or insurance help.

@Stephanie thank u ma’am, I am a first tike mom and also need is Texas so i don’t know anything or how to apply for medicaid. But there is some people who send me link and i’ll try my best now.

You should be able to get it pretty fast and quick! It’s definitely a blessing having that. It’s also easy to fill out ❤️

@Stephanie first time mom and also new in dallas*^ sorry i was typing fast and my grammar went wrong.

Your fine girl❤️ I pray nothing but the best for healthy pregnancy and baby! 🙏

Yes you should qualify for Medicaid for you and your baby! It covers the cost of all the appointments when you’re pregnant and delivery and then you also get to stay on it for yourself for a year after giving birth! Your baby will qualify for Medicaid after they are born so that should be automatically assigned to them. You do need to make sure you’re getting notifications on the YourTexasBenefits app! And make sure you have an address that you can receive things at so you can make sure you renew things. Get yourself signed up for snap food benifits too as you should qualify. I get almost 500$ a month for my 4 year old and myself. I also get this program called Wic so look that up and apply! It gives you foods like eggs, milk, bread, fruits and veggies and even pays for most of the formula you will nerd once baby is here if you decide not to breastfeed. Definitely look up other programs they might offer in your area but these are the big ones I can think of

Don’t forget to get your breast pump and other medical necessities post pregnancy through Medicaid. And know which area accepts the most common insurance with Medicaid because I believe it’s two different ones they offer and WellPoint works better in my area than the other.
