Yes in the UK, my clinic does hcg bloods. I had one 3 days after my positive test last year but unfortunately that ended in a chemical. Just wondering if it should be done sooner
I don't see a benefit in doing a quantitative hcg earlier, it doesn't matter what day you do it on, just want to see it rise over the following 48 hours
I remember literally begging my Gp to send me for HcG bloods after our second transfer owing to our history of recurrent loss. They point blank refused. Our clinic was about a two hour drive so I ended up doing it myself online where you prick your finger and send off the bloods. Results were back in a couple of days.
If you are in the UK you are unlikely to have a HCG blood draw. They would just book you in for a 6-7 week scan.
