Hey ladies !!! So I just want to know can my bf claim me , his stepdaughter and his daughter ? I have food stamps and I’m just worried they will take it away . I never done any of this stuff . Last year was my first time claiming me and my daughter , but since I haven’t worked at all last year idk how that’s works . ( picture of my babies so it don’t get lost )

@Reyna she would be filling for 2024 so in order for her to receive food stamps she had to tell them her income since there was no income, him claiming her will prove that she did have income coming in that she didn’t report
He can claim y'all . Just put down y'all name and SS# and he put down he's paid for more than half you all living expenses for the year of 2024 and also he files he's head of household. Super simple , Keep it simple... don't worry about the extras. If it comes up later just explain them what happened like this post.
