I went for a little walk on day 4 I think. But a longer walk and out for lunch day 13 x
They say 7 days in bed , 7 days around the bed and then out. I am enjoying some bonding time and being spoiled by my husband and my mom. 😁
Short walk on day 5 with partner and pram, increasingly longer walks on days 7-10 with more confidence to pop into shops and stop in a café without disaster 😅 Go at your own pace, yes there's a lot of prep needed when taking the baby but you've got this!
I went for a walk with baby and partner on day 4 (also 4 days post section). It was a short walk around our local park which is 5 mins away from our house. I’ve then gone for longer periods of time each day since. Now 8 days PP and can’t manage a few hours out of the house
Had to go out to the midwife day 3 and 5 but we went out to our local pub for lunch (5 min walk) on day 6, it felt so nice to get out but did take multiple outfit changes and didn't make it out til almost 2pm!
