Ovulation or not..? (Confused)

We miscarried at 14 weeks and opted to let nature take its course (third miscarriage). It started last Monday and lasted till Saturday. My other two took a lot longer. Just done a pregnancy test to track once it showed negative which it does now. I also did an ovulation strip which is showing nearly ovulation time. Could this be because of hormones not being settled yet rather than ovulation?
