You should be fine with a size 1 pampers new baby (if thats the brand you choose to go with as every brand is different) but you could also just buy one pack of size 2 and put a few in your hospital bag with you too or keep in the car as anyway you’d naturally eventually progress to a size 2 so it wouldn’t be a waste. Also I wouldn’t buy more than 2 packs of size 1 at most as they have 50 in which yes newborns go through very quickly but also baby’s size can vary and they do size up quickly in the beginning too xx
I've got 1 pack of size 1 and 2 packs of size 2 so far. If I need more size 1 then I can use Amazon prime or someone will bring it round or husband will go out and get it as we are 5 min walk from shops.
You will be fine with size 1, unless you have a huge baby it’s unlikely you’ll need bigger ones right away. We used size 0 with our first then couple of weeks moved to 1 x
We purchased 2 packs of size 1 and 2 (Aldi) as all friends recommended those to try first. Like others have said we will just try the sizes and see what works and then go from there and possibly try other brands as well.
I bought just 2 packs of size 1 lidl nappies my little girl grew out of each size quickly last time and ended up with loads left over in each size
Hi guys I got size 0 pampers, due in about 3 weeks, is that too small ??
I got two packs size 1, which is for newborns up to 4kg I believe, and two packs size 2, which is up to 5kg. And then we will see which one is the correct size for the baby. My midwife recommended size 1 as that's usually for newborns.
