Wrap sling
Hello!
I’m nearly 4 weeks PP and I know we aren’t allowed to do much or lift anything for 6 weeks. But I’m desperate to put on my baby sling and go for a walk with baby! Are we allowed to wear wrap slings yet?

I used a sling from newborn as that's the only thing that settled my baby
Also used from newborn with both mine now.
It's up to how you feel, I couldn't use a wrap or anything after my c-section for at least 6 weeks because it was painful

I did! I walked my dog with the baby in the sling from 3 weeks and will do with my second as well. Everyone heals differently and you are probably the best judge of what your body will be comfortable with. This time I’ll also be running after a 2 year old as well, so there will be no taking it easy like my first 😅
