work from home jobs as a first time mom??

I really need some advice. I have a 7 month old baby and I’ve been looking for a job since before he was born. I am against getting a babysitter and daycare so i’m looking for an at home job or a nanny job. ive posted on all platforms and reached out to basically everyone i know. i’ve applied to countless work from home jobs and everything a dead end. i’ve downloaded nanny and dog walking apps and wasted money on those and its getting to the point where i need a job within the next couple months or i’ll be struggling. if there are any moms that work from home or have a job where they can take their child how sis you get it. and anyone that has advice would be appreciated because im at a loss and i feel so discouraged. i’ve never had trouble getting jobs before i had my son and now no one is interested.

Try Indeed or Centene Corporation

Every WFH mom I know including myself has to use childcare anyways to get their work done. Wfh jobs still require set hours , quiet to do phone and zoom calls, and two hands to type and work so you’ll still need a babysitter. It’s very rare that any wfh job lets you work in your own time and more jobs are returning to in person so wfh is becoming more and more rare in general. The difference is no commute and you are in the home with the babysitter. But a babysitter in your home with no other kids is very expensive and rarely makes your job worth it. Even my friends who have six figure wfh tech jobs can not afford a private nanny and have to do a nanny share or daycare. Not trying to be discouraging but realistic that you need to be able to rely on others for childcare if you are going to work.
