Difficult to find a job after maternity break

Hi mums, I am educated (MBA) and experienced (over 6 years). My role was eliminated from my previous employer in May 2023 and now I am looking for jobs for more than 6 months with no luck. I do not drive so I need remote jobs and I worked as Project Manager in different areas. I applied for roles such as Operations, Supply chain, Project management, Delivery, Customer Service etc. I got 3 initial calls but there wasn’t anything after that. I understand that the market situation is different now and there’s lots of competition for one role. But, how do I find work from home jobs? Is there anything I am missing?
