Baby Acne
My twins are 2weeks and 5 days old, both suddenly have developed baby Acne (around 2 weeks old). Any hacks or reassurance it’s go away soon??
They’re still beautiful but it does look bad ☹️ (I know that’s very superficial of me).

Mine had it terribly at that age but it went off almost overnight about a week later!
Our pediatrician said it will just go away on its own and not use anything. Just keep it clean and dry. I just used a wet cloth to clean it and then patted her face dry. My LO acne looked awful and I was worried, but it cleared up within two weeks and her skin is gorgeous it’s like she went had it.

It will go away. My son had it really bad. Just keep their faces clean and it will eventually go away. It’s just their hormones trying to get balanced.
