I ended up using just a small Pillow toddler size
I had both the boppy and the brest friend and I absolutely hated the boppy. Brought it with me to the hospital ended up usually a reg pillow and never using it again. The brest friend was the best one for me it has a buckle so it stays in place.
I prefer the Breast friend when they’re little and floppy. Once they have a little neck control the boppy was great.
I use both the Frida Mom and the BBHugme pregnancy pillow for nursing and they both work great.
I tried the boppy but baby would squirm and basically fall off cuz it's rounded. My breast friend was really great for the newborn stage but then was too small as baby got bigger. I SWEAR by the Luna Lullaby Nursing pillow. Perfect for newborn all the way up to 15 months when I stopped nursing baby #1. Now, I'm using it with baby #2, who is 7 months and it's still amazing.
I love my breastfriend for during the day in the living room but I prefer my mom cozy for night time
