Where are the moms with babies with neck rolls ? What are you doing to keep the area clean and dry ?

My baby has yeast build up and gets a smell as well as redness and bumps. I’ve tried cream from the doctors and it works but will come back. Powder I’ve tried baby has really sensitive skin still it don’t work. I’ve gone the natural route and did aloe plant still same. I keep the house at a cool temp so baby isn’t over heating or sweating. I need more suggestions if anyone has suggestions that I have tried I’d love it thank you !

I tried a bib but he hated it. Only thing that worked for me was A&D ointment or gold bond body powder and using a sensitive skin baby wipe after feeds.

No new suggestion because the powder works for me. She has some bumps under her neck and it’s all gone now. My SIL told me it’s because it’s kept moist under there. I always make sure to wash her neck and dry it properly even though it’s so hard to dry down there. Maybe try changing the powder brand ? I use Ammens but it’s from Jamaica and I haven’t been able to find the baby one on Amazon so idk

my baby has really bad reflux and a lot of his yeast build up is from constant wetness under his little neck rolls. i just keep extra extra towels on hand and make sure to keep the area VERY dry because you don’t want it to end up raw. if it looks extra irritated, i use aquaphor baby to calm the skin and protect from wetness then when back to normal return to normal routine.
