Pregnant again

Pregnant again after a missed miscarriage, any tips on how to shake off the nerves? I’m so worried/scared

I would just keep telling myself I'm still pregnant until proven not. One day at a time xx

Find distraction, I’ve found going on a walk helps clear my mind but unfortunately nothing can help with it! I’m in the same situation! Xx

Firstly, Congratulations. Was there in the same boat, but the only way I dealt with it was to live my life not getting ahead of myself. I pretty much lived in denial tbh. Until 12w don't think about it. Don't celebrate your pregnancy, don't talk about it, nor dream of holding the baby, nothing. Just eat healthy n carry on with your life like nothing's happened yet. Buy yourself a doppler. If you're lucky you could start hearing the heartbeat at 10w, but chances are too low, so maybe around 12w you can hear better n feel relieved during the times of anxiety. All the best, it's gonna be hard. But there's very little you can control, and worrying could only harm you n the fetus. So better to just distract yourself or sleep through the worrisome days.

I did the complete opposite, i celebrated every detail. My first pregnancy I didn't announce to anyone until 3 months. My second i announced just to close friends and lost it at 10w. Then i was announcing the loss instead. So I realized i didn't talk about my first because i could lose it but when i did lose one, i wanted to talk about it. So on my rainbow pregnancy, I'm just trying to live it without concrete plans. I'm not buying things or planning a mat leave but i am thinking about names, living the symptoms and loving my baby everyday. I'm still pregnant until im not, i love that @Deb and while it's nerve wracking to wait until the next scan, I'm trying to focus on the chance that all will go well
