Pre eclampsia

So yesterday my midwife sent me into triage as my blood pressure had spiked to what it normally sits around and I also had mentioned babies movements weren’t as often or strong. I arrived there after half an hour and my blood pressure had gone up again and I also had protein in my urine, I had blood tests done and another few blood pressure readings which were all over the place. I waited around 2-3 hours for my blood test results and to see the doctor, I took a picture of my blood test results to ask my friend who is a nurse as I was impaitent 🫣😂 When the doctor then came to speak to me he got called away for help on labour ward which i understand is important however he just rushed through what he was saying and didn’t really explain anything. I have to be seen twice a week by my midwife for blood pressure and urine and he will book a scan to check baby and said something about blood results are boarder line for pre eclampsia? So not actually sure if he’s diagnosed me with it or not? The midwife also said he should have spoken to me about the reduced movements as I’ve been in 4 times with them… Has anyone gone through anything similar?

I have the same, currently booked in for an ecv this Thursday at 37w and having to go for 2x a week blood pressure monitoring. My scan showed growth has slowed down and baby has gone from 20th to 7th percentile. I have had headaches but no swelling, they’ve started me on blood pressure tablets which I’m not too happy about taking. Looking forward to baby being here now! X

I had similar and results were borderline towards the end of pregnancy but went to 40weeks and was diagnosed with pre eclampsia during labour. I was in and out of hospital with my blood pressure after baby but he is all good. I’m 4 weeks pp and slowly reducing the meds now x

I had reduced movements a lot and I was borderline for a few weeks and then when I reached 36w I started seeing bright spots in my vision and went in for them to tell me it was 168/113🫠got admitted on the spot, given tablets and a growth scan. Scan showed reduced amniotic fluid levels and baby was on the smaller side. Got released but was told I would be induced between 37-38weeks to be on the safe side. Went in at 37w on the dot for reduced movements and went into labour 2 hours later🫣baby is happy and healthy x I also had to go in for blood pressure checks and urine but that didn’t last long as little one decided he wanted to come out anyway. But I did have to go for weekly blood pressure checks after birth to ensure my bp was safe and coming down x
