Regulating body / ovulating post birth control

I was on the DEPO jag contraception since December 2021, last jag was July 2024 & expired on October 18th. So it’s nearly been 15 weeks of not being on any contraception. Now I know everyone is different & the depo specifically is long lasting so can take some time to fully be out my system but I’m curious to know : How long did it take for your body to regulate again and start ovulating / getting positive ovulation tests? I’ve taken ovulation tests since October & they are all so low! I did have a somewhat dark line mid November but it was only about 0.52 on my app. I know it’ll just be a case of letting time pass & my body do its thing. Trying to stay positive✨✨

Have you had your period since stopping the injection? X

@Sammy Fitzgerald no, no period yet at all

@Corin okay, mine ran out of the 10th of December ive had mine for abput a year, I had been trying to track ovulation but it's difficult if ypy haven't had a period yet, everyone's body is different as I bled once on Monday thats it's since but I've had cramps all last week and this week. I have heard they someone say before that ypu have to wait for your period to come back. X I'm just trying to let my body decide what it's doing.

@Sammy Fitzgerald thanks for replying! I’ve had some cramps occasionally some days but never turn into anything. No period & low ovulation tests since October🙃😔

@Corin it's really strange isn't it, I've had cramps for nearly 2 weeks jts driving me insane, I've never really had cramps before with my periods so I'm just not sure to having them for this long x

@Sammy Fitzgerald so strange. Also being the control freak I am it’s so frustrating not being in control of my body or knowing when it’s going to do what!😔 just one of those things though I guess! Feel free to drop me a message if you want to & I hope both of our bodies get into some kindof regulation vvv soon🤞🏼🤞🏼
