Baby head and neck wash

I used a cotton pad with cooled boiled water the day after birth to clean my baby's head and neck. She had dried blood in her hair so the midwife suggested massaging coconut oil in it and leave it for an hour which then made it come off very easily.

I didn’t do it, I want the newborn smell. But depends what birth I had a section and she came out clean. With my first he was covered in blood so that night I used warm water and a cotton pad

I only washed with cotton wool for a few weeks. Just warm water and cotton wool!
