Tips to get rid of baby acne around the mouth?

My baby has started to become obsessed with sucking her hands 🤣 it’s cute but I’ve noticed it’s making her break out a lot around the mouth. What products help this? I have the mustela cleansing water just not sure what frequency to use it

It will go on its own after a little while. If you're breast feeding express some milk. I found doing this with a bit of water on a bit of cotton wool cleared my babies up within 2 days. When it was like that and it cleared up after 3 days when it came back and was 3 time as much as your current photo

Sucking hands is a hunger cue

@Millie not always they also do it to self soothe she sucks her thumb as well and this will be after feeds too
