Hair conditioner - pregnancy friendly

Hello! Has anyone found a good conditioner that doesn’t have any nasty ingredients (eg parabens, sulfates etc) but is also effective? I have European wavy hair. Thanks!

I use sensitive care by HASK or the honest company! But I’m from Canada so not sure if that will cause problems!

I use lush hair conditioners because they r all natural ingredients x
