I would put in your journal when your due date is and take in (or send in a picture) of your matb1, as you don’t start receiving any payments until you’ve been in to prove the birth of the baby anyway x
I did put it in my journal but they put the section I was trying to do it in in my to dos so it’s still asking the same question plus how many children are living with me and I have to answer by the 12th of February 🤦♀️
I’m honestly not 100% sure but my opinion would be just to put your due date if your only trying to add your baby to your claim, I just made appointments and took in my matb1 and they filled everything in for me, I’m not sure if your maybe best phoning or trying to get an appointment if that’s an option for you x
@Danielle my due date didn’t work it wouldn’t let me put a date thats in the future
I just let my coach know in the comments section and then updated my claim the day my boy was born x
